Technical Glitch Affects Machines in Clay County
Keith Boles KAIT, Jonesboro, AR Nov 4 2008RECTOR, AR (KAIT) - Nimmons and Rector voting machines were hit with minor technical problems this morning.
Some of the machines had not been zeroed out yet from when test runs were performed. The test, for accuracy, is called an "LNA" test.
